Colchitas...Colcheras...Colchas...all things quilts


Or pretty little blankets. Colcha is the Spanish word for blanket or coverlet. It's the closest word for quilt and the one I have most commonly heard. A colchita is a blanket or a little quilt. A colchera is a quilter.

Twisted Star quilt

Roy's twisted stars baby/lap quilt. It's also my first etsy listing! I have several quilts ready to post and I'm trying to write some of my patterns down. Hopefully over this holiday break.

    I had to buy your first etsy quilt. So, get those others up on etsy. Also, $40 doesn't seem like enough. love you!
