I was inspired to do a Noah's Arc quilt by some really cute animal fabric at Cottonwood. I cut out all the little animals but wanted to square them up to make little windows on the arc.
I used random pieces of offwhite on corners and eventually got some big shapes I could cut down into squares. Well, rectangles really. It was quite fun piecing them together organically. I shall try that with colors soon I hope.
There are a few more I hadn't dont when I took this pic. Soon i will start figuring out an arc shape with brown and how to add a sea and sky. This is fun!!
